Return and Refund Policy – SolariCoast (European Union)

SolariCoast respects the rights of consumers within the European Union in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made by customers located within the European Union.

1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without providing any justification.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused

Be in perfect condition

Contain original tags

Be in the original packaging whenever possible

Show no signs of washing, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or customization reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

Customized products

Intimate or personal-use items

Products damaged due to misuse

Products used beyond what is necessary for evaluation

4. Return Request Process

To request a return, the customer must provide:

Order number

Full name

Reason for return (optional)

Photos of the product, if necessary

After approval, we will provide return shipping instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs
When the return is due to:

Defective product

Incorrect product

Error by SolariCoast

➡ Return shipping costs will be covered by SolariCoast.

When the return is due to:

Change of mind

Incorrect customer choice

Wrong size selection

➡ The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

The refund will be processed within up to 14 business days

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase

The customer will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

We recommend attaching clear photos of the issue.

8. Exchanges

At this time, SolariCoast may offer exchanges only for:

Defective products

Incorrectly shipped products

Subject to stock availability.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipping. After dispatch, the standard return process must be followed.
